Two-Way Voice

Two-Way Voice Alarm Monitoring

Two way voice alarm monitoring is the leader in security system technology. Two-way voice alarm monitoring is the most recent state of the art technology that is designed to give the owner hands-free ability to communicate with the alarm monitoring center from up to 75 feet away.

What is Two-Way Voice Alarm Monitoring?

With the two-way voice alarm monitoring technology, when an alarm sounds or a panic button is activated, our central station will instantly communicate with you or your family via the hands-free two-way voice keypads.

Central Station operator Two Way VoiceThrough a hands-free, two-way speaker system, you can talk with our monitoring center to alert us of your emergency or situation. Because you’re the only one who can activate the system, your privacy is maintained.  You are in charge, because Two-Way voice alarm monitoring can’t happen unless you choose to initiate the system or the alarm is triggered.

Essentially when an alarm system sends a signal, two-way voice alarm monitoring enables the system to connect to a central station operator who can listen in on the home through microphones in the keypads and/or speak through the keypads and pass information on to authorities.

An additional Two-Way Voice module for alarm monitoring can be added to most Honeywell® GE® or DSC® control panels.
