After having a Honeywell system at my home for over 30 years, it needed to be replaced after we had new windows installed. It took me quite a while to be convinced to go with the 2Gig system that Reliable Home Security installs but after my daughter tried it out at her home and really liked the features and the professional manner in which she was treated by Jake, so we decided to go with them as well. So far we could not be more pleased.

The installer showed up on time, did a very good job explaining things and was very neat. We had one contact that was defective a week after the installation and they were very responsive and came out that day to replace it. I would highly recommend Jake and his team at Reliable to anyone looking for an alarm system. They have been great to work with.
