Matt, I just wanted to let you know how pleased Elizabeth and I were with Matt and the installation process. He could not have been nicer. He spent plenty of time with us going over the system and how to operate it.

I also want to thank you for being so patient with me and my many questions. Hopefully our neighbors will see are new sign and ask about Reliable Home Security. As I told Matt #2, all of our homes in this neighborhood are all about 20 years old and those that have security systems, those systems would be about 20 years old as well.

Based upon our experience, I will not hesitate to recommend you and Reliable to our neighbors.
